About the project:

As part of its transformation process, Mango has decided to opt for increasingly spacious and bright stores, with a contemporary aesthetic and technology that enhances the customer experience. Serrano has been the place chosen to materialize this desire for change: number 60 of the iconic street houses the flagship store that embodies the current stage. To inaugurate the space, we designed a three-phase presentation: daytime opening, exclusive dinner and a Grand Party. In addition to celebrating the opening, the goal was to evoke the company's metamorphosis. Our guests therefore became our allies: we conveyed the message to them and they were in charge of spreading it. One day, three events and one idea: the new Mango was already here.

The opening: It was snowing. Mango opened in the capital: a four-story, 2,000 m² enclave designed to incorporate all the brand's lines. Sofía Sánchez de Betak, an international benchmark, played host to an audience of specialized press, opinion leaders, etc...; chef Estanis Carenzo and Pepi de Boisseau were the authors of the breakfast stations, stalls that you could find on each floor: fruits, eggs, sausages... The falling flakes served as an unexpected backdrop and enhanced the beauty of the imposing inner courtyard. Sixty celebrities and influencers discovered the many areas that make up the megastore and left with a personalized garment that became a viral hit.

The dinner: Between the nineteenth-century chandeliers and Inés Urquijo flowers, the magic happened: an environment in which time seemed to be suspended. Interior designer Pascua Ortega welcomed Mango's closest friends to his home. Prints, textures, color and a spectrum of attendees comprising several generations of talent and creativity. The Horcher restaurant was in charge of providing the food and a flamenco group entertained a friendly and beautiful evening.

La Gran Fiesta: More than five hundred guests, animated by DJs Hugo Capablanca and John Talabot, invaded the four floors of the El Principito room. The cabaret, converted into a seventies disco, shone under the sparkles of a giant disco ball. Actor Quim Gutiérrez, photographers Nacho Alegre and Gorka Postigo, designer Alejandro Gómez Palomo, creative director Inés Ybarra and model Mark Vanderloo: a never-ending list of names who were there to have fun until well into the early hours of the morning.
