Zara Collective at Mall of the Emirates represents an organic evolution of the Zara brand, venturing beyond fashion into a realm of multisensory experiences. This initiative, the first of its kind, embodies the spirit of adaptability and community, offering a dynamic space where customers can enjoy not just a coffee, but experience the brand in a more holistic way. With its ever-evolving and fluid nature, Zara Collective aims to consistently offer fresh and unexpected experiences, intricately weaving the brand's essence into everyday life.

In partnership with Zara, we have meticulously developed this broad concept, encompassing areas like creative strategy, naming, customer journey mapping, art direction, branding, web design, packaging, menu creation, and uniform design.

This inaugural permanent café epitomizes the Zara Collective's ethos, extending beyond just being a coffee spot. It's a place where every detail, conversation, and experience reinforces the communal and innovative spirit.
